Product Introduction

*The box body and door of PZD low-voltage distribution box/metering box are made of 1.5mm thick cold-rolled steel plate, and the door opening angle is greater than 90 °.

*Installation and operation method: not installed against the wall, manually operated from the front. Single side maintenance, reliable fixed connection, flexible and convenient maintenance.

*Wiring method: The wiring adopts a bottom in and bottom out method.

*The box door is equipped with an observation window embedded with glass for reading the electricity readings; And a raised transparent cover is provided for the leakage of the outgoing switch handle and socket jack, which covers the switch handle and socket jack when not in operation to prevent accidental contact.

*The electrical component mounting plate inside the box is made of galvanized parts. The energy meter and main switch are directly installed on the component mounting plate, while the outgoing switch and socket components are installed with guide rails. The guide rails are mounted on the switch bracket, which is fixed to the mounting plate with screws. Both the guide rails and switch brackets are galvanized parts.

*Protective grounding measures: The box door and body are welded with grounding bolts, and the component mounting plate is welded with grounding nuts. The box body and door are connected with soft copper textile tape, the box body and installation plate are connected with 2.5mm2 yellow green dual color soft copper wire, and the installation plate is connected with the PE row. The entire structure forms a continuous protective circuit.

*Anti corrosion measures: The inner and outer surfaces of the box are treated with acid pickling, phosphating, electrostatic spraying technology, which has good anti-corrosion performance.
